We would like to make you aware that the Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) updated the Real Estate Excise Tax (REET) forms again for April 1, 2025. The new forms are available on the DOR website provided below and must be used for all legal conveying documents/deeds with a notary date on or after April 1, 2025, or the filing risks rejection. If your legal documents have notary dates that are between December 6, 2024, and March 31, 2025, please use the December 6, 2024, REETA.
