Old Deed of Trust lists Transnation Title Company as the Trustee.  I know Transnation was acquired back in 2008 and is now in the Fidelity National Financial (FNF) Family of Companies.
All that said, who should I contact to seek reconveyance of the Deed of Trust under RCW 61.24.110?
