[WSBARP] Mobile Home Title Issues

Dear All:
PCs mother owned a mobile home and recently added another person (AP) to title under suspicious circumstances. PCs mother also added AP to one or more of her bank accounts. PCs mother died shortly thereafter. Now AP is claiming one half ownership interest in the mobile home and (I would assume) at least one-half ownership in the bank accounts.
Would any of you be willing and/or interested in helping PC sort this out?
