Sold home in Seattle, buyer now making a claim that sellers had undisclosed matters, now costing buyers ~$21,5000.

PC states:

Buyer request PC pay  1/2 of the cost to repair a water intrusion issue into the garage caused by flagstone outside of the garage.  We disclosed this in the Sellers Disclosure Statement Improved Property document and they purchased the house "As/Is".

PC wishes attorney familiar with The Hague Convention and service requirements to residents in Mexico, and an attorney who practices in litigation.

PC is keen to find an attorney that can assist.
