[WSBARP] Small Business Referral

Hello Listmates,

Does anyone have a referral for an attorney in King County who can assist a small business owner in appealing a regulatory decision made by the USPS that detrimentally impacts their business?  Small business is located in Seattle but receives small amounts of cremated remains from all over the country by mail (special packaging required) which are then incorporated into glass sculptures.
