I listed all properties in the deed with their applicable parcel numbers and
other identifying information.

I just did that recently for multiple properties in King and multiple
properties in Lewis County.  Make sure you include all of the applicable
parcel numbers so that the County Assessor ultimately changes their records
accordingly.

Has anyone used one transfer on death deed for multiple properties in the
same county?  It would save a lot in recording fees if only one deed is
used?
