[WSBARP] Licensing Question

Listmates. I have a rather complex set of facts which, when boiled down to their essence result in the following .

Real property and business operation is located in WA. The parties are family members, both located in California. The 4 entities that own and operate the Washington property/business are all Nevada corporations. The "lender" is a Montana entity owned by one of the CA parties. A California attorney drafted what is essentially a settlement agreement and states that it is controlled by California law. The dispute involves ownership of the stock in the Nevada corporations, ownership and control of the WA property and business, release and restatement of the debt secured by the Washington property as well as trust issues.

The potential licensing issues have my head ready to explode. Am I over thinking this and because everything involved is based on the Washington property I can assist or do we need attorneys licensed in each jurisdiction to weigh in on their respective sliver?? This is the poster child of how " estate planning " and " asset protection" can become counterproductive. Thanks for your thoughts.
