[WSBARP] Attorney in Mazatlán

[TJW]

I have a client that is AIF of her father’s estate. He is incapacitated. She
is trying to access a bank account he has in Mexico at Santander Bank in
Mazatlán. The Santander Banks in US say they can’t help. Can anyone give me
a lead on an attorney in Mazatlán to help us?
