[WSBARP] Transfer on Death Deeds

Issues include, but are not limited to:


  *   Right up front - 99.9% risk of flat out rejection by county recorder;
  *   Would require the county recorder to match different granted properties with different legal descriptions to disparate grantees (I'm confident they would not want to take the time to interpret whatever is sent to them);
  *   Different taxing locations not allowed on REETA;
  *   Other, fully obvious, and understandable challenges/difficulties in proper completion of REETA;
  *   Indexing catastrophe at the assessor's office;
  *   Etc., etc., etc.
