[WSBARP] referral to someone with trust experience

Listmates,  I have a client with a project that is way outside my wheelhouse.  He wants his land placed into a Trust with the following.  I think he intends to continue using the home as a personal residence.

Part will be set-aside for habitat conservation (with potentially a portion closed to the public), part will be used for public access recreation or camping, and part will be a home and  studio which will be maintained as an arts and educational facility potentially open to public and tribal use through the management of the overall land trust.

Anyone comfortable advising on this scenario?
