If he is nearly destitute, you want want to have him access the King County Bar Association's pro bono program as a first step.

I have a VERY sympathetic PC with a possible failure to disclose actual condition of real property he purchased. He is a veteran and based on the condition of the property has become nearly destitute trying to address the issues and remain in his home.

Does anyone have any suggestion of an organization that supports Veterans where I could send him for an initial free or low bono assessment of his case?

In alternate, are there any real estate litigators who perhaps are Veterans, or would like to honor this Veteran, by offering this person some initial free time to at least understand his options?
