[WSBARP] Electronic signatures on DOT

That is a very good question as I thought that the Electronic Estate
Planning Act that was passed last March specifically EXCLUDED Deeds from
being able to be electronically signed.....I am not, however, at a place
where I can dig into this but I believe your recollection is correct.
