and request that the letters reflect the same?

Might save you problems later.

I opened a probate recently for a PR whose nickname, rather than legal
name, was used in decedent’s will.  I did not know this until after letters
were awarded so did not include the legal name as an aka.  I am seeking an
Affidavit of Identity, which is what the bank said is needed to open the
estate account.

Can anyone provide one? I anticipate we may need to go back to the court
for revised letters but am hoping to at least get the estate account
opened.
