[WSBARP] Trustee's Deed

I most often use a simple quitclaim deed for transfers from a trust to a beneficiary.  I suppose if the Trust wants to give any sort of warranties to the beneficiary, you could use a bargain and sale deed.  Let me know if you need either one of those.
