[WSBARP] Looking for referrals Commercial Landlord/Tenant

Looking for two referrals for a commercial landlord/tenant attorney.

One client, a commercial tenant is looking to exit a lease and wants to speak with an attorney regarding a Landlord who is resisting an assignment "unreasonably"  - leased premises is in Kent.

The other client is a commercial landlord and needs to evict a non-paying commercial tenant.  Leased premises is in Lynnwood.
