Colleagues,

PC is a local realtor and former member of a land acquisition company (owned with former business partner, who is another local realtor) who contacted me about the dispute with a former business partner involving commissions earned after the partners split, which are to be distributed to the former partners pursuant to the terms of a written dissolution agreement.  Commissions are sizable.  PC is located in King County.  Properties in question are primarily located in King County (there's one in Pierce County).

I don't have the capacity to take this on and PC is eager to speak with someone ASAP.  If this is in your wheelhouse, or if you know of someone who would be a good fit, please let me know.
