[WSBARP] Dispute over house in Guam

Non-marital couple bought a house together in Guam (over 30-year relationship with adult children). One partner was forced to leave (DV situation?) and the partner remaining in the house refuses to sell it or provide her any compensation.  The leaving partner resides in WA now.
