[WSBARP] EIN number

Hello list mates,

My client's sister opened up a probate (without a will) and was appointed the PR.  She then obtained an EIN number and opened up an estate account.  Soon afterwards, my client found a Will that nominated her as PR.  My client was then appointed PR and her sister was removed.

We need an EIN number to open up a different estate account, however the EIN number from her sister has her sister as PR and the bank won't open the account with the sister's name on the EIN number doc.  Any suggestions?
