[WSBARP] Eminent Domain Taking of Mobile Home

PC owns a mobile home on leased land. Government agency is pursuing eminent domain taking of the park, including the subject lot. PCs have been offered a very lowball number for the "value" of their mobile home, and they're looking for help fighting to get more money. Any suggestions for lawyer with experience regarding the taking of a mobile home (not the dirt)?
