Dear Lynn:

I do not have a specific recommendation for an appraiser.  However, whoever you do find, make sure they are familiar with the ownership structure of properties at Lake Cushman.  Most of the land is leased and only the improvements themselves (e.g., the cabin) are owned by individual owners.  I know this because I just went through a grueling lease assignment process that involved three entities, each of which "had their hands out."
