Just a quick thank you. To the absolute amazing people who responded last
Friday, before a holiday weekend, to my situation involving Rainier Title
declaring that "they don't follow the law" as to how they treat TODD
properties.

I took the advice: proposed a course of action that I am comfortable with
AND also the advice to connect with another title company!
