[WSBARP] Does there need to be a Second Probate to Transfer Community Home?

This is a real property question.  H dies first.  H's daughter from a prior
marriage open's probate to administer the only asset, the community home.
Court awards daughter one-half of the house has a family allowance.  W
subsequently dies, in Minnesota, where she had moved to.  I know under the
probate code H's estate administers the entire community property.  However,
in selling the home, does the W's estate need to sign off on any deed?
