[WSBARP] Off Topic Question

Thanks to all who responded.  My concern is from a past experience when
prior clients deeded their business real property into their corporation;
the REETA was audited.  I had to meet a person in Olympia to explain the
ownership interest.  That was pre-covid, but hope we avoid that problem.  As
the CPA who formed the LLC is out of state, I do not know if a operating
agreement was done.  I do agree that most likely given the community
property rules, it should be deemed owned equally by H & W.  We shall find
out.
