[WSBARP] Chapter 13 Meets Forfeiture on Real Estate Purchase Contract--Is There Chemistry?

Hello, Listmates.
Potential client is some payments behind on a Real Estate Purchase contract. They may have to address it using a Chapter 13. I haven't dealt with the scenario before, so I'm wondering if there are any obstacles or differences from the more normal case of using a house-saver 13 to stop and address a potential foreclosure in the more common mortgage arrearage case.
Any thoughts? If somebody has an example case I could go look at the pleadings at on ECF that they'd be willing to point me to, that could be very useful.
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
