[WSBARP] REETA Question for Lack of Probate Affidavit

I search every once in a while for a more or less definitive guide to this subject.  In the end I simply give it my best guess.  In your situation I would put the Deceased as the Grantor (since his interest is passing) and the surviving spouse as the grantee (since she is receiving the interest)
