[WSBARP] Deed of trust question

If you have 4 parcels of property to secure one loan cannot you do 1 deed of trust and describe all four separate tax parcels rather than a separate deed of trust for the full amount of the note but in HD that trust only described 1 tax parcel. If they're then is a default can you not have a trustee sale on all four parcels collectively rather than a separate sale for each tax parcel your advice would be certainly appreciated thank you
