[WSBARP] referral to Oregon lawyer

PC and friend bought property in Grants Pass, Oregon in July 2021.  No agreement between them. Friend resides on the property.  PC was supposed to join friend in living on the property in Spring of 2024.  Friend changed mind in January of 2024, wants to buy PC out instead. The parties agreed on an amount (no writing), but no payment arrived when it was due in Aug 2024.  PC needs an Oregon-licensed attorney.  Any referrals?
