[WSBARP] removal of HOA Lien--referral

PC has tenants living in downstairs condo.  October 7,21 the toilet pipe in
the upstairs condo broke and caused water damages to PC's condo. Tenants
moved out during the repair period due to the mess.  HOA's insurance pays
for damages and incurs a $10K deductible. HOA eventually charges PC with
the deductible.  PC objected and did not pay and HOA slapped a lien against
her condo.  PC also wants to sue the upstairs condo for the 10K plus lost
rents of just over 10K.  October 7,23 SOL.  Anyone interested in
representing a PC in this small case?
