[WSBARP] King County - letters electronically

I figured this out.  The letters were automatically populated to the docket and you get a copy by ordering it through script portal.

I opened a probate in King County and obtained an order appointing a PR.
But I don't understand how to get letters of administration electronically?  Any insights?
