[WSBARP] Looking for Short Sale Practitioner

Dear All:

Are any of you out there still advising clients with regard to short sales?

I was approached by a real estate agent who is helping a couple who is currently going through divorce.  I was told that this couple financed just 6 months ago and that there is no equity in the property.  The real estate agent is confident that a short sale is the only option for this couple to sort out their property interests.  [FWIW, the real estate agent works out of Gig Harbor, but I am not sure where the couple is located.]

Who can help?  I will pass along all names.  Thanks.
