I have an estate planning client who has questions about the specific rights to holdback damage deposits from a renter.  Their response deadline is 10/30 (as the tenants moved out 9/30)

Is anyone available to assist? I have never worked in that realm and so my advice would be completely uninformed as to the language, provisions, nuances, and case law.
