[WSBARP] DOT foreclosure

When my office was in Puyallup I did a fair number of non judicial foreclosures and I will set the sale at the Puyallup post office on the 1st floor at 10:00 which is the time that sheriff sales are conducted and when the property is located in another county I usually have it at the most convenient post office located in that county since it is a lot easier to conduct the trustee sale when you are basically the only sale as opposed to when you have it in the County Courthouse when all the other sheriff's sales are being conducted at the same time as well as other non judicial sales.

61.24.040 "(9) The place of sale shall be at any designated public place within the county where the property is located and if the property is in more than one county, the sale may be in any of the counties where the property is located. The sale shall be on Friday, or if Friday is a legal holiday on the following Monday, and during the hours set by statute for the conduct of sales of real estate at execution"

Listmates.   Having done occasional DOT foreclosures over the last 40 years I have always held the sale on the courthouse steps, 10 AM on a Friday.   This process was recently called into question and for the life of me I cannot find the statutory process for the sale that requires and specific location, day of the week or time, just  the expiration of the 120 days from Notice of Default.  Guidance to the proper section would be appreciated.  I have a feeling that I missed a reference to another statute that contains the rule.  Thanks!
