[WSBARP] Inaccurate Deed Question

Whoever prepared the deed (who is not necessarily the company that recorded it) should fix it and re-record it.  Then the owner-trustee can properly transfer it to the LLC.

Subject: [WSBARP] Inaccurate Deed Question

I have a recorded deed where the name is incorrect.  It should be vested in the name of the trustor's living trust, but there is a typo. Instead of the word "Family" is reads, "Farmly."  Should I go to the title company who recorded it and have them fix it?

The owner-trustee wants to convey it to an LLC. Do I need to have the deed corrected first, or can I use some verbiage, as "(of record as the *** as Trustee of the The ***Farmily Trust, dated May 3, 2020)"
