[WSBARP] Deed Question

I just did one of those, it was a deed of trust so we just had the PR 
execute a request for full reconveyance and the trustee reconveyed the 
property. If it was a real estate contract, just have the PR execute a 
fulfillment deed. You'll also probably need the payoff amount for the 
tax people.
