Subject: [WSBARP] FW: Service of Counterclaim in Ejectment Action?
Listmates: What are the service requirements for the service of an answer and counterclaim in a superior court action for ejectment? Research is showing that because of the counterclaim, the pleadings must be served the same as "original service" but I am finding that law only for small claims court. What about for a superior court matter? I have opposing counsel arguing that email service of the counterclaim to me is adequate. Not finding any court rules that specifically address proper service of a counterclaim.
