Subject: [WSBARP] Name change
We have a married couple.  Wife did a legal name change, we have the docs on that.  She wanted us to record a QCD putting title into her new name (so QCD was husband + wife’s former name conveying to husband + wife’s new name).  We can’t seem to find a clear WAC on the REET that covers this. We tried 211 but it was rejected.  Thoughts on using 215?
