Subject: [WSBARP] Attorney Fees in Quiet Title Action
Except for a claim of adverse possession, for the life of me I cannot find a provision in RCW 7.28 (or elsewhere) for an award of attorney fees against a party that unsuccessfully challenges a quiet title action.
Any ideas? More details upon request.
Thanks.
