[WSBARP] referral Thurston County

I have been contacted by a nonprofit organization who appears to have a decent claim against their former director and board member who use nonprofit funds to enhance their property which was allegedly being rented from the nonprofit and then this individual evicted them from the property and then sold it having the benefit of the improvements which were paid for from the nonprofit funds. This is a little out of my wheelhouse and since it is a nonprofit I believe the only way an attorney could handle this would be on a contingency basis the claim would be down here in Thurston County so I would appreciate any referrals or self referrals that I could send to these clients and they could then contact the attorney and determine whether or not they qualify for representation and on what fee basis. To make things even more interesting this individual has died and so therefore the claim would be against the estate and the probate apparently has just been opened. thank you
