Who of you would be willing to speak with this tenant? It sounds like the property has numerous unacceptable conditions that are not being remedied by the landlord.

Had to pay a hold fee to keep the home after we qualified, but were not able to view the house, and got told we would forfit the hold money if we backed out of lease, even though we didnt get to see the home in person. Did move in inspection with Steven Paisley on Oct 21, 2022, on the phone, as we were unable to be in person from Invitation homes rescheduling 2x, and finally scheduling without notice to us. Was told that policy was to allow a week after move in to finalize the walk through with any additional damages noticed after we got there. we informed Steven we would NOT be signing the walk through sheet until we had a chance to get in and see home for ourselves. When we finally got to view home it was in awful condition and filthy. Contacted our lease worker Justeine to alert and she ensured the property would be in move condition on move date. Once in the home for a few days I notified Justeine by email of the condition of home still not being ready and being very dirty. I told her it was stated in the lease that the home was supposed to be painted, cleaned, pressure washed and ready for us, which it was NOT. I was told "cleanliness in eye of the beholder" and that I could clean it up to my standards. Many pictures taken of condition and also the proof of how dirty home was, it clearly had NOT even been wiped down. I added 12 big issues with the home that was not mentioned on the walk through by Steven, including mold in windows, holes in walls, lots of damage to drawers...ect... I let her know in email we would sign walk through as soon as these damages were added to the walkt through, she told me she would forward to maintenance, which we never heard from her again until it was time to renew lease. After a week in home the fridge began to leak all over, when we made a report to fix, the repair took over a week to happen. When maintenance was at home we asked about some of the other big fixes that needed to be fixed, where we were told they knew nothing about it and I could have my husband fix it if we wanted, that it would be faster that way. We attempted to file MANY Maintenace reports, have screenshots to prove, to find out that IH would go and erase them. IH had an outside company come handle the dirty vents that was left from previous tenants to the point of lint coming from all vents and clogging the airflow. In the lease it stated it was policy for IH to do a PROCARE visit every 6 months to make sure home was up to standards, they broke thier own end of the lease considering our first one done was after 1.5 years during this visit we tried to show the technician all the issues that still needed to be fixed and our struggle with them erasing the work orders, he told us he would make a report and come back himself and fix the issues, and we never heard or saw him or any fixes again with exception of them hiring an outside company to fix the fireplace that wasn't working. We called MANY times to alert to the mold growing and the leaking in the windows. Tried many times to actually call and speak with a worker to get things fixed and never a call back or maintenance order filed. Upon receiving the move out paperwork from IH it had EVERY damage we tried to have added to walk through as a charge to us, it had every damage that was there when we got there added to the bill, all things that we have picture proof was damaged when we got to the home the first time. We tried multiple times to call company to alert to our move out intentions and never received a call back, always told "oh its not in our notes"

Thanks.
