Hello listmates -
My decedent in a probate has five children not shared by his surviving spouse, the Administrator of his estate. Three of the five filed requests in King County for Special Notice and Inventory, all acting Pro Se. They were not mailed, even though they signed the Declarations of Mailing. I only became aware of them when I received a creditor claim, and checked the docket to see if it had been filed. Do I have to honor them?
