[WSBARP] Transferring Mobile Home in a Park

I need to transfer a mobile home, that will stay in the park, out of trust
to a beneficiary.  Is this done by a Bill of Sale, or an assignment?  Would
any of you have a document, that you could share, making such a transfer?
