[WSBARP] Off Topic - When Must a Counterclaim be Answered?

I never worry about this, much, as I always answer counterclaims right away.
However, I do not see any time requirement as no summons need be served with
the counterclaim.  I found no court rule specifying a time by which a
counterclaim must be answered.  Do you just wait 20 days after serving the
counterclaim and then bring a motion for default?
