[WSBARP] Target: L & I Firm or Attorney For Safety Violation Negotiation

Hi, Folks.
This may a hard day to get much bandwidth from anybody, especially as election results start to pick up in the afternoon. But here's the scenario:
A construction company has been hit with some fines by L & I for safety violations on the worksite. It didn't pay them right away, so they increased. And then got some subsequent fines. Total fines are about 200,000, some 70,000 of which has already been garnished from a bank account. Company has good revenues, maybe 5 million per year.
Looking for referrals to folks who have experience with working out something with L & I on this. This one is large enough that they need somebody who already has some experience, and I'd like to hand it off to them.
As a secondary goal, if anybody has some experience of negotiating with L & I on something like this and would be interested in sharing, I'd like to develop some background knowledge on this kind of case.
