[WSBARP] TEDRA Petition for removal of disqualified trustee

Happy Friday All.

A trustee is disqualified due to a conviction for a felony/crime of moral turpitude. He is currently serving and needs to be removed.  The court calendar is incredibly backed up and we cannot get a hearing date until mid-January.  Has anyone had luck seeking an emergency injunction in a TEDRA case without proof of any actual wrongdoing in the role or loss to the trust? Other ideas to get this before a court more quickly?
