Listmates,  We have a 501 (c) (3) client that has just received a grand jury records subpoena pertaining to several companies with whom they have dealings.  I think an experienced tax attorney with criminal elements in needed.  I am pretty sure the companies being “ officially” investigated have exposure and I am concerned my client will get sucked into the vortex.  All referrals appreciated.  Thanks, Craig
