[WSBARP] Ejectment litigation referral

Nice lady in Woodinville, who can afford to pay, is being ejected although
she contends that she has a legitimate life estate in the property. Summary
Judgment is forthcoming although the Judge will extend it once an
attorney is on board.  She needs to stay focused on the issue when she is
explaining things. All referrals are welcome and will be passed on.
