[WSBARP] Home Inspection Failure

Dear Listmates:

PC hired a home inspector prior to purchasing home.  Home inspector did not discover substantial problems with the roof - problems that require replacing the entire roof.  Seller did not disclose problems with the roof, either.  PC filed a claim with the insurance carrier for the home inspector and their claim was denied.

Who amongst you would like to help this PC and follow up on this?  I will pass along any referrals.
