[WSBARP] Mold Experts

Any recommendations for an expert (doesn't have to have experience as expert witness) on mold?  (Project is in Eastern Wash, so  Situation involves new construction (drywall hasn't gone in) and all crawl space and lower level has tested "red" for mold, with contractor saying that the mold is not his fault because it is due to weather related events beyond his control.  Photo chronology shows that framing/walls/subfloor sat out in weather from approximately mid-August until mid February (no roof on until end of February).
