[WSBARP] Landlord not fixing hot water - weeks now

I have a PC who needs to talk with an attorney about action (including just
breaking a lease) with a landlord that has failed to fix a hot water issue.
As reported to me, they have been without hot water for a few weeks.

Would love to send a referral this afternoon. Please feel free to
