[WSBARP] Probate Referral with Likely Eviction Action

Greetings List Members -

I am reaching out again to see if there is anyone/firm that has the
bandwidth to take on an intestate probate.  The heir search has been
completed so the heirs are known, there is an ex-wife of the decedent who
may need to be evicted from the decedent's home.

The PC is of moderate means and would need to work with someone regarding
billing and retainer, but the house (along with any other unknown assets)
would be able to cover expenses.

All referrals will be passed along on Friday, March 7 at COB.
